1. The service
Dispendo is a personal-finance app that aggregates, read-only, the transactions of the accounts you choose to connect and organizes them into categories. Dispendo is not a bank, does not hold money and does not initiate payments.
2. Account
To use Dispendo you must create an account with accurate information and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity performed with your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for personal, lawful purposes, not to attempt to bypass security measures and not to interfere with the operation of the service.
4. Informational nature of the data
Categories, charts and statistics are for information only and do not constitute financial, tax or investment advice. Always refer to your bank for the official account data.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is", in active development. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from service unavailability, delayed bank-data updates or categorization errors.
6. Changes to the service and terms
We may change the service and these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of their place of residence remains unaffected.
